Enquiries regarding bookings may be done via the telephone or by email - see our 'Contact Us' page for more details.
All bookings must be secured with either credit or debit card details (excluding American Express). Rooms should be secured within 48hrs of a booking being made otherwise we cannot guarantee that the room(s) will still be available.
Cancellations
We ask that a minimum of 48hrs notice* be given in the event that a reservation cannot be kept. Failure to give sufficient notice will incur a charge to the card of the first 2 nights stay for each room booked. If your arrival is less than 48hrs from making the booking, a charge will be made if you do not keep the reservation.
*Please note that due to the high demand for rooms in peak season (school holidays, bank holidays and Glastonbury festival weekend) a minimum of 7 days notice will be required for cancellations.
