Any enquiries regarding bookings may be done via the telephone or via our 'Contact Us' page.
All reservations must be done on the telephone so we can confirm availability and take either credit or debit card details (excluding American Express) to secure the booking.
No money is charged to the card and full payment can be made at time of departure by cash or card. Sorry but no cheques.
Unfortunately we are unable to take a reservation without card details as security.
Cancellations
We ask that a minimum of 48hrs notice* be given in the event that a reservation cannot be kept. Failure to give sufficient notice will incur a charge to the card of the first nights stay for each room booked. All bookings made within 48hrs of arrival will be charged.
*Please note that due to the high demand for rooms in peak season (school holidays, bank holidays and Glastonbury festival weekend) a minimum of 14 days notice will be required for cancellations.
